It is furnished to a high standard and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, equipped with plenty of storage space. The building’s entrance is secured by a chip system.

• A separate bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a quality king size bed
• A living room with an integrated kitchenette (custom-made U-shaped kitchen)

• A storage room within the apartment (pantry/storage closet)

Location:
Prague – Malý Háj. The Kardausova bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and Depo Hostivař metro station is accessible within 7 minutes. The city center (Museum station) can be reached in approximately 25 minutes from the apartment door.

The building was approved for occupancy in 2020 and the apartment has so far been occupied only by me. Therefore, I am looking for calm, quiet, and considerate tenants who will treat both the apartment and the neighbors with respect and create a loving home here. The apartment is suitable for an individual, a couple, or a small family.
In the interest of transparency and responsible renting, I will require proof of income before signing the lease, which should be at least three times the monthly rent (in the case of couples, I will only require the income of the person whose name will be on the lease).
Pets are welcome, non-smokers will be given preference.
