We offer a cozy home in our originally, authentically renovated Gründerzeit villa. The property and the house, with its unique charm, are under historic monument protection and feature original building elements at the windows, doors, floors, etc.

The apartment includes a covered terrace/veranda that also provides access to the garden. Garden usage is not initially included in the lease but can be arranged by agreement.

There are ample parking spaces available in front of the house. Additionally, two private parking spots are currently being created on the property. In the basement, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well as storage rooms.

The apartment has been extensively refurbished in recent months. Some photos show the rooms furnished with antique pieces. These antique furnishings were removed during the renovation but would be available for potential use.

All components used in the renovation were selected with care and taste. We used only the highest quality building materials and products, which also take the monument protection guidelines into account and have been deemed appropriate and in keeping with the style of the property.

For reasons of monument protection and due to the existing oak solid wood floors, antique furniture, and built-in components, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Keeping pets is also not possible for the reasons mentioned above.

As part of the comprehensive renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, among other updates, the following were replaced: the shower and washbasin in the bathroom, the tiling, the fitted kitchen and cupboards in the kitchen, as well as all electrical outlets, complete painting work, interior doors, and more.
