The building is located on a quiet side street in Paderborn, Schloß Neuhaus.
As the landlord family, we value harmony among the residents and in our mutual interactions. We want to maintain and continue the special community spirit we enjoy with the current tenants.
We maintain a good, often friendly contact with our tenants and are available by phone or WhatsApp to help promptly with any questions.

The daylight-filled living room features three large windows. In the bedroom, there are two windows, one of which is installed in the sloping roof.
The children's room has one roof window. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have one gable window each.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.
This lovely top-floor apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family, a young couple, or a single person seeking their own space.
Our apartment has been renovated extensively, and the laminate flooring in all rooms is new.
Included with the rental is a private storage room in the basement, plus a laundry and drying room that all tenants in the building share, as well as an additional bicycle cellar.
We prefer long-term rentals and expect quiet and tidy tenants with secure employment.
The rental is only available to non-smokers. Pets are not desired.
Free parking is available directly at the house.
On request, a garage, with an additional parking space in front, can be rented for 70 €.
The ancillary costs amount to 130 € and include a proportional share of property tax, street cleaning, sewage and waste fees, building insurance, chimney sweep costs, common electricity, and caretaker charges.
To the net cold rent of 694 € and the aforementioned ancillary costs, please add: your individual consumption for electricity 90 € (approx.), heating and hot/cold water consumption (showers, washing machine, etc.) 150 € (approx.), and your household insurance 3 € (approx.).

All residents are non-smokers. There are no pets in the building.
The apartments are accessible via a spacious staircase with extra wide steps. There is no elevator.
