I'm offering for rent two parking spaces for motorcycles in a brick, lockable garage in Brno-Bystrc.
Maximum Security: Double locking (access to the building via chip + the garage’s own door). Additionally, the area is monitored by a camera.
Ideal Climate: Thanks to its location in the garage basement, it doesn’t freeze (around 10–15 °C in winter) and it remains completely dry. Perfect for both a motorcycle and a scooter.
Amenities for Riders: Each tenant has their own lockable cabinet for a helmet/clothes and hooks. You won’t have to haul your gear home.
Electricity: There is an available power outlet (with the possibility to connect a maintainer during winter).
The garage will be shared among a total of 4 motorcycles (two mine, two yours). The space is organized so that each motorcycle has its designated spot for easy exit. Access is available 24/7.
Looking for: Decent motorcyclists who want to keep their machine safe and warm. I prefer a long-term rental.
Price: 1,000 CZK per month for each motorcycle.
