Here I am renting out a beautiful room: The “Kakadu” room with 14.5 m². Please also take a look at the floor plan!

Both rooms are large, bright, and freshly renovated rooms in a four-room old building apartment directly opposite the Ringpark.

There is very good transport connectivity, with the national railway, buses, and trams (various lines) reachable on foot in 2 minutes at the main train station. All everyday necessities, various establishments, a park, etc., are in immediate proximity and in great variety. The pedestrian areas along Kaiserstraße and Juliuspromenade are a 3-4 minute walk away.

The apartment is on the first floor. DSL/WLAN is available.

There is a basement room for bicycles as well as a storage area in the courtyard.

The rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, small cupboard, etc.).

The kitchen, bathroom, and hallway (an additional 20 m²) are shared and are equipped with all necessary items. The washing machine and freezer combination are – as are all the furniture – brand new.

The flooring is genuine parquet, so unfortunately pets are not allowed.

The shared kitchen has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Parking is available with a resident parking permit.

Living in a shared apartment:

A respectful coexistence is a prerequisite. I envision a student shared apartment, but commuters or working professionals are also welcome. The room is rented to a single person only.
