Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be rented. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is about 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see images). Accordingly, the hall offers a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (price negotiable) is calculated accordingly (starting at €10 per m² of floor space). The high-bay layout can be individually designed for the customer, so that higher or lower shelf levels can be created. Please note that we do not rent individual pallet spaces but are focused on renting larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and therefore fully accessible. It can be approached from both sides by a truck or car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz OT Basdorf on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 are reachable within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-current connection. Individual sections can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the hall is located are video surveillance monitored and secured with a steel gate.
