Due to my tenant’s emigration, I am re-letting my condominium. The apartment was completely refurbished to a high standard in 2022 and is located on the first floor of a multi-family house.

The rental price includes the fitted kitchen.

The current tenant would like to hand over the apartment, fully furnished as shown in the photos. This includes, among other things, the bed, the chest of drawers, the TV, the robotic vacuum cleaner, the couch, the lamps, the hallway wardrobe, the kitchen inventory, the washing machine, etc.—basically everything one needs for living. He is asking for approximately €2,000 for the takeover of the furnishings. However, this is not a condition for renting the apartment. If desired, the apartment can also be rented unfurnished, or only part of the furniture can be transferred.

Alternatively, there is also the option to rent the apartment completely furnished. In that case, one would only need to agree on the amount of the rental surcharge.
