It has an area of 50 m² and is located on the northwest side of a quiet one-way street. Ideal for couples or individuals, not suitable for shared living (access to the bathroom through bedroom).
The interior is furnished (can also be rented unfurnished), with new appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, stove) and a newly renovated bathroom. The apartment has a separate toilet and, in addition to the bedroom, living room, and small kitchen, there is a small closet for storage, which compensates for the lack of a hallway. The apartment is equipped with a new electric water heater built into the wall and gas heating.
Tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk away. Transfer to metro A is another 5 minutes, transfer to metro B is 7 minutes, and transfer to metro C is 10 minutes. Parking is in the form of blue zones.
