We are looking for a respectable family with 1–2 children for whom this apartment is ideal and very pleasant to live in. Thanks to its top-floor location, the apartment is very quiet—you won’t hear any neighbors. The apartment includes a newly renovated, frameless glazed balcony (which can be fully opened) of 5m² with a gorgeous view over Brno, a shared bicycle storage area in the hallway of 20m², and a private cellar of 2m².
