Three of the rooms and the balcony face south. The apartment is truly very bright and welcoming and is located on the first floor. The entire building is very well maintained.

We (one of us is a construction entrepreneur and the partner of the other is an architect) acquired the entire property about 15 years ago, and it was later subdivided into individual condominium units. Over the past 14 years, a lot has been done to the house. The property is very dear to us; we greatly value its excellent condition and have always been involved in preserving it—or have been actively working to achieve/attain this condition. The residents of the house are friendly, and they also appreciate the advantages of this very attractive location and the house’s excellent state. Until 2024, all the apartments were occupied by tenants. The subdivision of the property into individual condominiums (with each apartment having its own land register sheet) was completed in 2024. In the meantime, some co-owners of the newly established condominium community now live in their owner-occupied apartments (which they partly occupied as tenants previously). The remaining part of the room in the side wing could, for example, still be used as a spacious bedroom or children’s room.
