Description of the Entire Property
In the center of Buchenberg-Wirlings, on a plot of approximately 2,445 m², three multi-family houses with a total of 28 apartments ranging between 40 m² and 115 m² have been constructed. The residential complex has been built to KfW 40 standard. The building plans were designed so that the “Quality Seal Sustainable Building” (QNG) will be achieved upon completion of the construction. This seal stands for sustainable planning, construction, and operation of a property. As of today (07.07.2025), this quality seal allows buyers of these apartments to obtain low-interest loans through the KfW Bank.
The ground-floor apartments all feature at least one terrace as well as a garden area with exclusive usage rights. The apartments on the upper floors all have at least one balcony.
All of the top-floor apartments are maisonettes, with both levels connected by an internal spiral staircase.
