2.) Viewing appointment

We will inform you of the exact location and time for your viewing appointment via email with the invitation. If you are among the shortlisted applicants, we will inform you by email on February 2, 2026 about the exact address and time of your individual viewing.
3.) Rental contract
After the viewing appointment, the apartment will be allocated at short notice and the new tenant will be informed of the approval.
Please understand that we will only consider applications that are sent to the email address mentioned above and that we cannot offer additional viewing appointments, etc. We wish to minimally disturb the current tenant with the new rental process.
