I am offering for rent a furnished 3+1 apartment with a glazed loggia (6 m²), a storage room (3 m²), two foyers, and a basement with a total area of 83 m², located on the 8th floor (out of 9 floors) of a panel building. Both the building and the apartment have been completely revitalized.

The apartment offers a beautiful view. It is situated in the attractive Prague 13 area with excellent public amenities and transport connections. A major advantage is the roughly 2-minute walk to Lužiny metro station, as well as proximity to a shopping center, a school, and a kindergarten.
