You enter the apartment on the second floor; then you enter the hallway/dining area and from there you have access to the kitchen, the bathroom with tub, the bedroom, the living room, and the balcony. A sleeping room/office can be reached from the living room. This house was built in the Bauhaus style of the 1920s with the idea of “lots of light, lots of air”. All windows have fixed blinds.
