I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment to take over immediately. It was my first home. The apartment is in top condition and boasts a very high standard. The floors are laid with high-quality vinyl, and underfloor heating is installed in all rooms so that all the windows are floor-to-ceiling. External shutters are fitted in front of all windows, keeping the heat out on hot days. The balcony is exceptionally large, with enough space for a drying rack as well as furniture, and it faces east, so you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine.

I would like to leave my custom-fitted kitchen in the apartment and transfer it to the new tenant for a compensation payment. The original price was 12,500 EUR, it is 5 years old, and it includes high-quality appliances. Taking over the kitchen at a fair price for both parties (at least 7,000 EUR) is a prerequisite for handing over the apartment.

I am happy to leave all the perfectly fitted pleated blinds in the apartment along with some smaller pieces of furniture (mirror in the bathroom and hallway), and I would also be willing to leave the Pax wardrobe in the dressing room for a small fee.

A cellar is also part of the apartment, and there is an additional bike cellar.

The living environment is very pleasant, the neighbors are very friendly, and it’s a lovely place to live.

The following are required from the interested party:

- A copy of your ID

- Tenant self-disclosure (the form is available)

- Certificate of rent debt freedom (to be filled out by your last landlord – form available)

- Proof of income (3 current pay slips)

- SCHUFA credit check

I will be the only one to forward the documents to the landlord, and all documents must be complete, with the purchase contract for the kitchen signed.

My rental details refer to the current situation. I cannot say what the rent will be upon re-letting.
