In the formerly completely renovated hotel there are a total of 18 one- or two-room apartments with sizes of up to 55 m². Each apartment features a kitchenette with a double stove, a sink, and storage space as well as a refrigerator. Additionally, each apartment includes a bathroom with a modern, barrier-free shower. For outdoor relaxation you can enjoy either a balcony, a terrace, or a rooftop terrace, all of which can be conveniently accessed from the living area. In the basement, besides the laundry room, there are also spacious storage rooms that can be easily reached by elevator. In the dining area and the adjacent sun terrace, visitors can be received or joint activities can be held. Directly in front of the building there are five car parking spaces that can be equipped with electric charging stations, allowing electric cars to park and charge conveniently.
Bad Bevensen, the well-known iodine salt spa, is conveniently located in the city triangle of Hamburg, Bremen, and Hanover. The gently hilly landscape around the only mineral spa in the Lüneburg Heath is characterized by large forests, small heathlands, and the water-rich nature of the Ilmenau Valley.
Since 1929, Bevensen has been a town, and since 1976 the spa town has been called “Bad” Bevensen. With the discovery of the thermal iodine salt spring in 1968 and the construction of the short-stay center, a spa district with hotels, clinics, and sanatoriums emerged in the 1970s. A spacious spa park and pedestrian bridges over the Ilmenau River connect the spa district and the old town. The spa center and spa park thus serve as the link between the “old” part of town around the Dreikönigskirche and pedestrian zone and the “new” Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
Health
Bad Bevensen has been officially recognized as a mineral spa since 1975. The spa’s offerings are aimed at people who wish to do something for their health and maintain their physical fitness in a quiet, wooded setting. The extensive spa park in the heart of the town serves as a starting point for walks, for example, to the nearby Medingen Monastery. The Iodine Salt Thermal Spa, with its spacious bathing area, varied sauna offerings, and a wellness oasis that caters to all demands—the Spa & Vital Center—is at the heart of the health offerings.
Culture
Those interested in culture can enjoy the varied range of events at the spa house or the classical music series at Medingen Monastery.
Festivals
Regional celebrations such as the Pottery Market, the City, Heath Potato and Marksmen Festival, as well as the LandArt and Antique Markets held regularly every Sunday during the summer months, delight local residents and regularly attract many visitors to the town.

1. Emergency Call Device
Each tenant receives an emergency device that can immediately contact a 24/7 staffed central office in case of need. This central office can provide or arrange help in emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The emergency call system includes receiving emergency calls, initiating the necessary assistance measures, and maintaining the tenant’s personal data.
2. Information and Advice
For questions concerning daily life, support options, and housing situations, qualified professionals are available as contacts for the tenants. In addition, assistance is offered with the application process for services provided by nursing and health insurance. The appropriate contact person and telephone number are displayed on notices in the building as well as on an information sheet.
3. Coordination of Services
If needed, the care provider can also arrange special personal or social assistance or services. These services are not included in the basic services and require additional cost coverage by the tenant.
4. Community Spaces / Common Rooms
Every tenant has access to common areas. By arrangement and subject to availability, the tenant can reserve and use designated rooms for special occasions such as birthdays or other celebrations and events. The cost for personal use is considered a basic service (free of charge).
5. Leisure and Health Promotion Programs
The care provider offers participation in regular cultural, informative, and health-promoting events. In general, these events are included in the basic services. In individual cases—such as excursions or special courses—if a separate fee is required, it will be clearly indicated or announced in advance.
6. Additional Optional Services
• Coordination or provision of nursing or care services (services under SGB XI/SGB V – provided by third parties, e.g., care insurance/home nursing),
• Housekeeping package,

• and a varied lunch menu.
