In the attic of our shared office, spaces are opening up. The office was completely renovated in 2024. The attic consists of a large, open area with three desks and a dining/meeting table. In addition, on this floor there are two lockable rooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast, stable internet is available, and, depending on availability, monitors and keyboards can be used as well.
Currently, two desks with a lake view are available. We are also renting out the smaller of the two lockable rooms.
Rental Options (net cold/Month):

• Room only (smaller, lockable room): €400
• Combination of Room + Desk: €550
The large attic space is also used as an event venue. Approximately once a week after 6 pm, and occasionally on weekends, smaller events are held. During these time frames, usage is restricted. Outside these times, you are warmly invited to set up the space as you wish.
We are holistic entrepreneurs who have created an environment here for focused work and valuable exchange. During breaks, we enjoy walks in nature; in the summer, we even jump directly into the clear water right in front of our office – a perfect blend of work and life.
