The two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated historic building. The rooms are friendly and bright, with both the living room and the bedroom having two windows each. The kitchen provides access to the balcony.

The building is situated in a central residential area. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the city center, train station, bus stop, and shopping opportunities. The swimming pool and leisure facilities are also easily accessible. The A61 motorway (providing connections to Ludwigshafen/Mannheim/Heidelberg as well as Mainz/Wiesbaden/Frankfurt) can be quickly reached via the nearby access road.

The apartment features new sanitary and electrical connections. Heating is provided by an individual gas boiler, which also supplies hot water. This allows you to control your own heating costs by choosing your gas supplier. Vinyl flooring has been installed in all rooms. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower partition. The bathroom includes connections for a washing machine and a dryer.

All windows have roller shutters. The apartment includes a cellar room and an additional storage room in the stairwell.

The kitchen is rented unfurnished (no fitted kitchen is provided).

Cable connections for TV, internet, and telephone are available in the living room and bedroom. A fiber-optic connection for fast internet is planned and is expected to be implemented in 2026.

The overall property is very well maintained and clean. A cleaning service takes care of the weekly cleaning, so the tenant does not have to worry about cleaning duties (included in the additional costs).

The apartment is equipped with an intercom system at the front door. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard of the property.

We will make a preliminary selection of applicants. Those selected will be invited individually (maximum 2 persons) to a personal, individual viewing appointment on Saturday, January 31, 2026. After the viewing, applicants are required to provide a self-disclosure if they wish to proceed with their application for the apartment.
