The A61 motorway (providing connections to Ludwigshafen/Mannheim/Heidelberg as well as Mainz/Wiesbaden/Frankfurt) can be quickly reached via the nearby access road.
The apartment features new sanitary and electrical connections. Heating is provided by an individual gas boiler, which also supplies hot water. This allows you to control your own heating costs by choosing your gas supplier. Vinyl flooring has been installed in all rooms.
