In the kitchen there are two kitchen units—including a stove, an oven (positioned at chest height), and a sink—which are provided and included in the rental price. Overall, the apartment is furnished with high‑quality equipment: living/dining area with floor‑to‑ceiling glass doors, parquet flooring, tiles, underfloor heating, and a ventilation system with a pollutant filter that is especially suitable for allergy sufferers.
