Originally built in 1970, the house was extensively modernized and renovated in 2022/2023 – essentially a complete gut renovation.
The new gas condensing boiler with storage was installed in 08/2023.
At the same time, we replaced the radiators and had all the water pipes exchanged for new copper pipes.
All the old wooden windows were replaced with modern, double-glazed plastic windows. The main entrance door was renewed, as was the rear entrance door. Wooden roof windows were exchanged for plastic ones and enlarged.
Old straw-plastered ceilings were completely removed and replaced with drywall.
Insulation in the sloping parts of the roof was replaced and supplemented wherever it was missing.
The electrical system was partially renewed.
The staircase was refurbished and completely reupholstered and painted.
The floor coverings throughout the house have been renewed. In the ground floor, wherever possible, tiled floors were installed while the remaining rooms have laminate flooring.
We had the hollow layer insulated in 2025 (air space 6 cm URSA Pure Floc KD).
A 1.8 kW PV system with a 2 kW storage unit reduces your electricity costs.
A lockable garage is located on the property and is included in the rent.
We repaved and expanded the driveway so that it can accommodate at least four cars.
At the rear door, you exit into the garden.
From the covered terrace, you have a beautiful view of the private garden and the green fields beyond.
The property is 1500 m² in size but very low maintenance.
At the front, the garden is planted with lawn and could use your personal touch.
The rear garden area consists mostly of lawn and trees, providing shady spots in the summer.
An energy performance certificate is being prepared.
