The fronts are produced with a frame-fill design featuring a line lacquer finish and delicate rods adorned with gold leaf. The hand-spattered ceiling is surrounded by a profiled ceiling trim with integrated ceiling spotlights. The living room floor is fitted with maple parquet.

2. Dining Room

The furnishing in the dining room consists of a built-in corner bench made of solid spruce by a carpenter, complete with a table and 4 chairs, a corner display cabinet, and a stove bench. The surfaces are stained with natural spruce and matt varnished. A beautiful tiled stove on the opposite side with hand-painted decorations provides a cozy warmth. The tiled stove is heated from the basement. The room is further complemented by an elaborately crafted cove ceiling, also executed in carpentry style using spruce.

3. Kitchen

The fitted kitchen with a dining area in the bay window was custom made and installed by a carpenter. The wood used is natural Weymouth pine lacquered in its natural color. The fronts are made with a frame-fill design and selected wood veneers. The worktop is made of natural marble stone. The bay window with a round bench and round table is also made of Weymouth pine. Together with the wood ceiling, the panels with cove moldings featuring carved fittings, and the carved rosette, the bay window forms a unique ensemble.

4. Bedroom

The white lacquered built-in bedroom furniture is custom made and optimally integrated into the sloping ceiling.

The accessory apartment located in the basement, with its own access via a staircase in front of the house, is also rented out.

Contract details: Open-ended rental agreement with adjustments to the rent in line with an average inflation rate of 3%.

The price for the double garage (100€) is not included in the net rent.
