We offer accommodation for rent for students. The apartment is located in an apartment building on Botanická Street, directly opposite the Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University. There are two double and one triple rooms. The rooms are lockable. Students have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs), toilet, bathroom (wash-basin, shower, washing machine), large hall and small hall with shoe rack. Each student has a bed with bedding, a three-part wardrobe, a desk with a lamp and a bedside table with a lamp. Each room has a TV with cable TV. WiFi connection is available throughout the apartment. Individual beds are rented and the minimum rental period is 3 months. The rental price is per bed for one month and depends on length of the rental period, 3 months - 8500 CZK/month, 4-6 months 8000 CZK/month, 7 and more months 7500 CZK/month. Additional monthly payment is for energy and services (Internet, cable TV). The payment for energy/services is payed as a deposit monthly and yearly is calculated according actual energy consumption and the number of students in the apartment. The deposit is two months' rent.
