Despite its quiet and green location, the apartment is excellently accessible. On foot, you can reach the Weißer Stein in just a few minutes, and from there one of the four U-Bahn lines can take you in 11 minutes to the Hauptwache in the city center. Also directly connected from Weißer Stein are Oberursel, Bad Homburg, Ginnheim, and the Riedberg. The Eschersheim S-Bahn station is equally within walking distance, providing connections to the main station/Frankfurt South/Darmstadt or to Friedberg/Bad Vilbel. The A5, A66, and A661 are approximately 10 minutes away by car.

The S-Bahn line at the border of Heddernheim has been fitted with a noise protection wall in recent years – train noises are now virtually unnoticeable. It is truly a very quiet apartment and residential area.

There is no elevator – my parents reached the ages of 89 and 92, and they were always convinced that their good health was due to their daily stair climbing.

The apartment itself has been occupied by my parents since it was built in the 1970s and has not been fundamentally renovated during that time. The windows of the entire property are currently being replaced gradually.
