The apartment is oriented to the south and east and is located in a very well-maintained new building (with a newly renovated façade in 2025) inhabited by friendly residents. The building includes an elevator and an inner courtyard accessible only to residents, featuring greenery, benches, and a playground. Right in front of the building, you will find a bus stop, a Billa supermarket, a well-equipped shopping center, and a tram stop headed to the city center.
The building is situated on the edge of a quiet housing estate, with the great advantage of being close to forest parks and green areas—and also near schools, kindergartens, and playgrounds. The apartment on the 7th floor offers a lovely view of the surroundings of Košíř and Motol.
A practical garage parking space is also available with the apartment (currently not included in the price) – it can be negotiated whether it will be part of the sublease.
I prefer a long-term sublease, and the apartment can be viewed from February. Move-in is possible no later than the beginning of March (prior to that, we intend to make a few minor adjustments and perform maintenance).
