The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is determined accordingly (starting at €10 per m² of floor area). The high-bay storage system can be individually designed for the client, so that higher or lower shelf levels can also be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces but are focused on leasing larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on one level and thus barrier-free. It can be accessed by a truck or car from both sides. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-voltage connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The area on which the warehouse is located is monitored by video and secured with a steel gate.
