The cold rent is €550 plus €100 in operating costs (covering heating, water, and other incidental expenses).

The apartment has been renovated—with new flooring, new outlets/switches, and new doors. The bathroom and windows were replaced 5 years ago. It comes with a new fitted kitchen, which is included in the rental price.

The apartment is suitable for a couple, a family with one child, or a two-person shared flat. It also includes an assigned parking space that can be rented for €40 per month. Viewing appointments are available by arrangement.
