I'm offering a 2+1 apartment for rent, located in the historic district of beautiful Žižkov, which is full of tree-lined streets, cafés, and pubs with a great atmosphere. The apartment covers 50 m² and is situated on a quiet one-way street facing north to northwest.
The apartment is in a well-accessible location, not far from Hartigova and Želivského streets. The Tram and Bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. A transfer to Metro A takes another 5 minutes, to Metro B 7 minutes, and to Metro C 10 minutes. Parking is regulated by blue zones. The civic amenities are excellent (see photo): there is a self-service store in the adjacent building and a drugstore just across the street.
The interior of the apartment is furnished and equipped with new appliances, and the bathroom has been newly renovated in June. The apartment has a separate toilet and, in addition to the bedroom, living room, and a small kitchen, there is a closet providing extra storage space that compensates for the lack of a hallway. The apartment is equipped with a new electric water heater built into the wall as well as gas heating.
It is located on the 4th floor of a total of 5 floors. There is no elevator at present, so it may not be ideal for couples with a stroller. However, it’s perfect for nature lovers, walkers, or sports enthusiasts, as Park Parukářka is only a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment will be available for move-in from February 15 or March 1. I am offering it for rent at a price of 22,000 CZK per month plus energy fees of 4500 CZK.
