We offer for rent a pleasant, unfurnished two-room apartment at the beginning of Petržalka, near the tram and park Sad J. Kráľa. The total area of the apartment is 50 m², and it is located on the 10th floor of a quiet panel building with two elevators. The apartment includes an entrance hall, a separate WC, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, a dining–living room, and a kitchen. It features air conditioning, has been newly renovated, and we are looking for our very first tenant. The apartment is available immediately and is ideally suited for a couple or two students, with no pets and for non-smokers only.
It is possible to furnish the apartment upon individual agreement. The rental price is 650 EUR per month plus utilities (150 EUR per month).
