The well-maintained apartment is located on the second floor of a newly renovated multi-family residential and commercial building at Alzeyer Castle, the town house at the castle. Among other things, as part of the renovation, a new gas-hybrid heating system (heat pump) as well as a new, highly insulated roof covering have been installed. For this reason, a current energy certificate is not yet available.

The apartment offers approximately 70 m², divided into a kitchen, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and storage room. The service cost prepayment is estimated for one person.

It is situated in an attractive, quiet downtown location in the immediate vicinity of Alzeyer Castle. It is about a three-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and approximately a 10-minute walk to the train station. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot within one minute. A permanent parking permit can be purchased with our rental contract for the adjacent parking lot of the Alzeyer Community Center.

The apartment will be handed over in a renovated condition. Hot water is provided by an electric instantaneous water heater. Please note that the advertised photos are from a comparable apartment; current photos will follow shortly.

Non-smokers are preferred; pets are not allowed. The amount of the prepayment for operating costs depends on the number of persons moving in. The minimum rental period is 3.5 years. Viewings can only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term rental.

A permanent job with a corresponding regular income and an impeccable SCHUFA report are fundamental prerequisites for renting.
