Non-smokers are preferred; pets are not allowed. The amount of the prepayment for operating costs depends on the number of persons moving in. The minimum rental period is 3.5 years. Viewings can only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term rental.
A permanent job with a corresponding regular income and an impeccable SCHUFA report are fundamental prerequisites for renting.
