The holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor of our romantic villa and is both cozy and stylishly furnished in the style of a villa. The villa is idyllically situated on the edge of Bad Steben, a 5-minute walk from the spa, surrounded by plenty of garden and with enough space for the adjacent villa. Locals call Hempla Street the "Schlossallee of Bad Steben" because most of the houses are villas or hotels. The street is only accessible to residents, so there is little traffic and you can enjoy the garden’s tranquility even more.

The apartment features a living room, a bedroom with a large double bed, and an additional room (which can be used as an office, children’s room, or a second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, and a toilet. The house entrance—the vestibule (approximately 5 m²)—can also be used, and there is a separate entrance available. It is a bright apartment, and a washing machine, located in an extra bathroom just behind the holiday apartment, is available for use.

We close the holiday apartment for the winter and would be delighted to welcome a long-term tenant from November 1 until approximately April 31.
