We are offering you the chance to rent one fully-furnished bedroom in a large 4+1 Žižkov apartment. The apartment is over 120 square metres on two floors, including; on the lower floor, one large fully-fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). On the upper floor is a communal living room with a third bathroom, and a large balcony complete with BBQ, vegetable garden and stunning views over Prague.

You will be sharing the apartment with two guys in their early 30s. We both love to cook and host, and are looking for a housemate with a friendly demeanour who also enjoys communal living. That said, this is not a wild party flat, and we enjoy keeping a relaxed vibe.

The area (Žižkov) is arguably one of the best-known in Prague – right at the Lipanská tram stop (three stops from downtown), a seven-minute walk to JZP square and the Green-line metro, the area has tons of bars, clubs and restaurants, and despite the gradual gentrification, still has a lot of the original grit that made this neighbourhood famous.

Ideally, we would like to fill the room by the end of January 2026. The cost will be 13,500Kc (all in) + ~200Kc internet.
