We offer a long-term rental of a bright, spacious and renovated loft apartment in the historic KUFR building in the centre of Stará Boleslav, directly on Mariánské náměstí.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and faces a quiet inner courtyard. It is an atypical maisonette-style apartment with an open layout, a high ceiling, an original stone wall and a sleeping area upstairs. From the upper part of the apartment, there is a beautiful view of St. Wenceslas Church on one side and the Marian Church on the other.
The location is ideal — directly on the square, next to the gate. A Prague Integrated Transport stop is within walking distance, with good public transport connections to Prague. Free street parking is available in front of the building, subject to availability; it may also be possible to obtain a resident parking permit.
**Apartment layout:** entrance hall, kitchen connected to the living area, bathroom, staircase leading upstairs and a sleeping area in the upper part of the apartment. The space is connected, open and airy.
The apartment has a grey kitchen unit including appliances — built-in fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. The bathroom includes bathroom furniture and a comfortable shower. TV and internet connections are available in the apartment. Internet, and potentially cable TV, can be activated according to the tenant’s requirements.
Heating is provided by electric infrared panels. There is also preparation for a portable air-conditioning unit upstairs.
Residents of the building may use a large shared rooftop terrace of 36 m² — ideal for sitting outside and shared barbecues. Bikes and skis can be stored in the shared basement.
**Terms**
The apartment is vacant and available for immediate move-in.
Due to its layout, it is suitable for one to two people, non-smokers, no pets.
The electricity meter will be transferred directly to the tenant. Water and sewage charges will be billed according to actual consumption. Internet and, if required, cable TV are arranged and paid for directly by the tenant with the provider.
Refundable deposit: two months’ rent.
