This is an extremely generous 2-room apartment. One of the rooms is so large that, thanks to a sliding door wardrobe that divides the space, it is practically partitioned into 2 separate rooms (a bedroom and a study). Now, this large room (1.5 rooms) along with the spacious open-plan kitchen, the large bathroom, the other usable spaces, and a shared living space are to be rented for exclusive use. The second room (marked in green in the floor plan) is to be kept available, just in case, for a caregiver for my demented father, who, along with my caregiving mother, lives in the attic apartment.
