Spa SCHWABENQUELLEN se nachází ve stejném domě. V docházkové vzdálenosti naleznete Kelley a Pressehaus a také kanceláře společností Patch, Panzer a DAIMLER.

Přímo u budovy jsou zastávky tramvaje, autobusu i taxi.  
Lokalita je výhodná – blízko letiště, veletržního centra, kanceláří Patch, Panzer i centra Stuttgartu.
