• Utility area with a washing machine and initial cleaning supplies

• All windows are fitted with blinds and curtains

Secluded location with views of a church, the town, and the forest, kindergarten, some schools within walking distance, an on-site bakery, and a variety of shopping options approximately 3 km away.

Windows, water, and electrical systems were completely renovated in 2022; vinyl or tiled floors were newly installed in 2022, and some of the furniture is antique/restored.

If necessary, the apartment can be accessed barrier-free via the kitchen or Room 2. It is not specifically equipped for barrier-free access; however, the shower is built into the floor and is separate from the WC.

The outdoor areas are not yet fully completed but can be used at your own risk.

The apartment is ready for occupancy by arrangement and is intended to be rented on a long-term basis.
