Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub and a storage room; underneath are the living room, the kitchen, and the guest toilet. There is plenty of space in the hallway for a wardrobe.

Niederwerth is one of the few inhabited Rhine islands with a functioning community. In addition to a kindergarten and an elementary school, there is also a sports field, flat walking paths, clubs, and a high recreational value. Doctors, Vallendar train station, shops, and the university can all be reached on foot in 12 minutes. On the riverbank, the Rheinflotte awaits guests. By car, the highway can be reached in 5 minutes.

During the renovation in December 2025, all ceilings and walls were stripped of wallpaper, spackled, and painted anew. The interior staircase was repainted and received new carpet coverings; the fixtures in the bathroom and guest WC were replaced.
