All living areas are fitted with genuine hardwood parquet, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

In the communal areas – kitchen, hallway, and bathroom – large, modern tiles provide an easy-to-care-for overall appearance. The ceilings are suspended and equipped with integrated LED spots, which results in even better light distribution in the rooms and means you don’t have to worry about lamps.

The apartment and rooms are rented semi-furnished. The new and modern fitted kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. In the rooms themselves, you will find the following new furniture and fittings: bed, desk, desk chair, and a wardrobe. Additionally, you’ll find extra items in the rooms like desk lamps, curtains, additional storage space, rugs, and much more. The rooms can be expanded with your personal belongings as desired.

The apartment on Spichernstraße is located right in the lively Derendorf district. In the immediate area, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and everything you need for daily necessities. This is a new shared apartment formation. We are happy to accept individual applications as well as applications from already existing communities or groups of friends. What is important to us is a respectful treatment of the property as well as a good coexistence with the rest of the already established house community.

The stated rent applies per room, the deposit is equal to 3 months' rent per shared room and can conveniently be paid in three installments.

Each tenant receives their own permanent rental contract in accordance with legal standards, so no one has to take full responsibility for the entire apartment. We do not offer short-term rentals or Airbnb rentals.
