Welcome to our nice shared flat with easy-going yet considerate residents! We offer a partly furnished room in a 7-person shared flat in a quiet rear building that is also extremely centrally located. The room is bright and spacious and features its own large terrace with southwest exposure and a small garden area.

Our shared flat has two entrances and two bathrooms. In the common area there is the kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor, refrigerator, and ceramic cooktop. In the building there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as the possibility to set up a drying rack. The courtyard/garden is available for shared use. Additionally, there is bicycle parking behind the house. The room is available for rent immediately.

Our shared flat is located in an absolutely quiet area, despite being extremely central. The S-Bahn, tram, and bus stops are all within walking distance, and you can reach the subway in about 10 minutes on foot or by bus. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, sports facilities, doctors, and much more.

In addition to the private terrace area, everything in our shared flat is clean, modern, and like new. We look forward to receiving your application through the property management!

Graduated rental contract: 3% increase annually

Utility settlement: calculated daily and per room
