From the hallway, you enter the open dining area connected to the kitchen, which is furnished with a mix of antique softwood furniture and white designer chairs – perfectly complementing the high-quality, custom-made kitchen. A refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, and blender are all provided. In the cabinets, you’ll find pots, pans, bowls, plates, wine, sparkling wine, and water glasses, and much more.

In the dresser in the spacious bedroom, located just to the right of the apartment entrance, you will find plenty of fresh towels and additional bedding. In the daylight bathroom with a shower tray, located opposite the bedroom, there is a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

The large living room with a cozy couch is accessible from the kitchen. The washing machine is located in the basement of the building.

The rental price includes all utility costs for one person. For two persons, the monthly rent increases by 40 Euros.
