We would like to sublet two rooms of our 3-room apartment. The smaller bedroom will not be included because we intend to use it for storage during our absence. All costs (internet, heating, electricity, etc.) are included in the warm rent. With the exception of the trundle bed in the bedroom, all furniture shown in the pictures is included.
The apartment is located in the MarienTerrassen, a new residential complex completed in 2018. It is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. The large balcony overlooks a quiet, green inner courtyard.
The apartment consists of a large living and dining area as well as a separate cooking area. A complete, nearly new fitted kitchen from Leicht with high-quality appliances (oven, steamer, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combination) and a granite countertop is provided by the landlord.
The bedroom, at approximately 17 m², is a good size.
In the hallway area there is a guest toilet, a utility room, and a spacious bathroom featuring a level-entry rain shower, a double bathtub, a washbasin, and a seamless wall-hung toilet. A parking space is available and included in the rental.
