The apartment is situated on the 6th floor and is accessible by elevator.
Inside the room you will find a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a dining table with chairs, and a shelf that separates a smaller private zone — which could alternatively be used to place an additional bed or a work area. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds.
The kitchen area is fitted with all the necessary appliances: an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an electric grill.
The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.
There is also an additional spacious wardrobe in the hallway.
From the windows, you can enjoy views of Zahrádky Park and a cycle path that leads directly behind the building. This path provides nearly direct access to Prague’s city center without having to cross busy streets.
