Ground floor + upper floor: The accommodation covers approximately 120 m² and offers space for up to 9 people. It is a complete house with 3 apartments, intended for exclusive use, but it can also be partially rented.

Standard single beds are provided! The kitchens are fully equipped. Three modern bathrooms – of which two are en suite – complete the offer.

The unit is excellently suited for long-term rentals, for example for fiber optic installations, assemblies, project-related stays, etc., as well as for larger student groups wishing to live together as a shared apartment.

We reserve the right to make necessary or last-minute changes. We prefer long-term rentals and favor them. For long-term rentals, individual price discounts are negotiable.

P.S.: Another property (apartment) is available in the same municipality. The apartment is approximately 80 m² and offers space for 1 to 4 people in two double rooms (for a 5-person occupancy: 1 triple room), plus a bathroom and a spacious living and dining area.
