The high-quality bedroom wall unit (manufactured in Germany by the company Nehl – the so-called “2weiRaumWunder”) can possibly be purchased or alternatively rented. It is a fold-out wall-bed with a 1.6 x 2 meter bed featuring a steel frame including a slatted base, without mattresses. In addition, it includes two wardrobes integrated into the wall unit. When the bed is folded up, a large work table automatically unfolds in front of the wall unit, so that the room can be used optimally both as a bedroom and as a workspace. Conversely, when the bed is unfolded, the large work table automatically folds away (laptops and work accessories may remain on the table). The rental fee for the wall unit is €60 per month, and the purchase price is €6,500.
If the fitted kitchen and the bedroom wall unit are to be rented, the cold rent amounts to €630.00 + €35.00 for the kitchen + €60.00 for the wall unit = €725.00 in total.
Available from 1 April 2026. An early takeover requires coordination with the current tenant.
Requirements: No negative Schufa record and a stable salary/pension income with sufficient funds to securely cover the rent (the household net total income of the tenant(s) should amount to at least €1,800 per month).
