A video intercom system is installed, which can be used via a mobile app. In agreement, the inner courtyard can be shared; the gate to the inner courtyard can be opened electrically via a remote-controlled motor. The installation of a wallbox for an electric vehicle can be arranged if needed. The use of additional storage space is also possible. If desired, equipment for air conditioning can be connected (the necessary conduits for an air conditioning system have been laid).
The owners reside in the building across the street.
They are seeking a long-term, commercial rental agreement with an entrepreneur who is entitled to deduct input tax (graduated rental contract). For a short-term rental, the basic rent is €745. The commercial use is preferably as an office, employee/commuter apartment, or practice. In addition to the basic rent and the flat-rate operating costs, the statutory VAT is added. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and keeping pets is only allowed by agreement.
