Renting out is available for a storage unit within a roughly 150 m long and 12 m high monument-protected hall on the premises of the former Zeche Ewald in Herten-Süd.

The following sizes are available:

Layout “S” approx. 75 m² => EUR 500

Layout “M” approx. 150 m² => EUR 950

Layout “L” approx. 225 m² => EUR 1,400

This is a flat-rate rental including ancillary costs plus VAT. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The storage unit is enclosed with a 2.60 m high barbed-wire fence and is open at the top. The lockable area per storage unit is approx. 55 m² plus approx. 20 m² of personal loading zone (“S”), approx. 110 m² plus approx. 40 m² of personal loading zone (“M”), or approx. 165 m² plus approx. 60 m² of personal loading zone (“L”).

Not permitted:

- Storage of substances that endanger water or are explosive

- Parking of vehicles

The expansive commercial area of the former Zeche Ewald has its own connection to the public transport network and can be reached quickly via the connections of the BAB 2, 42, and 43 highways. A cozy bakery is located directly on the premises. The city center and a supermarket are only a few minutes away. And the recreational value is also attractive: Our location borders directly on the extensive green area of the “Halde Hoheward” and various event venues in close proximity.
