The floating floor on the terraces was newly “refinished” in the summer of 2025. Currently, everything is firmly in place.
The facade on the street side was freshly painted in 2022.
The owners have already decided that the house and apartment doors as well as the mailbox/buzzer system will be replaced. The homeowners’ account is currently “in a good state.”
Planning: An energy consultant is coming to establish a plan with the appropriate level of urgency – which will then save money.
The gas heating system (Viessmann, with hot water for the entire building) is absolutely fine. So far, the homeowners’ fee has been more than sufficient for everything, with even a surplus.
