The apartment door is made of plastic/white, triple-glazed with a frosted glass infill and features a stainless-steel handle. The balcony is paved with granite slabs and is uniformly finished in a light “Lerche” color up to the stair opening – framed including a parapet finished in “Lerche”. Through the aforementioned apartment door, you enter the spacious hall. From the hall, you gain access to the large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. All kitchen connections are integrated into the wall adjoining the hall.
The balcony door and the other windows are all triple-glazed and all feature a tilt-and-turn function. The window frames are made of white plastic. All vertically oriented windows are equipped with electric blinds. The roof window in the room, which can be opened manually, has an external sun blind that can also be manually operated at will. The roof windows are glazed and framed in plastic; all roof windows also include the control for incoming air.
