The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz – a new highlight on the German Baltic Sea coast – is located in Schleswig-Holstein, between Kiel and Flensburg, right by the water. On the more than 150-hectare site of the former naval base Olpenitz, a new, unique premium holiday resort is emerging. In particular, the holiday homes on the jetty boast a sensational water view with southern exposure, overlooking the mouth of the Schlei with its lighthouse, as well as the vast Baltic Sea and the marina. The former naval harbor, which today is extremely popular with every water sports enthusiast due to its sports and marina facilities, is the focal point of this resort.

The clear, blue water of the Baltic Sea is within reach and creates a breathtaking and spectacular play of colors with its turquoise reflections – in both winter and summer. Sea eagles, gulls, and cormorants call this place home. Porpoises are regularly spotted in the Baltic Sea and in the harbor basin. This natural spectacle captivates every observer.

The central area of the holiday resort is the new marina, which, with its planned 450 berths and a depth of 7 m, is unique on the Baltic Sea coast. Even mega yachts can dock here.

The entire property was renovated in 2025.
