Rental Conditions & Availability:

It is expressly NOT a tourist short-term rental. The rental period is a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months. Registration at the residents’ registration office is, of course, possible or mandatory depending on the rental duration.

The all-inclusive monthly rent already includes the surcharge for furnishings, equipment, inventory, and decoration, garden usage, a private carport parking space, as well as a flat-rate sum for all ancillary costs, including heating costs based on year-round use for a three-person household, cold and hot water including wastewater, GEZ (broadcasting fee) and internet charges, electricity costs, and the tenant’s share of property tax. For a usage with 4 persons (maximum), an ancillary cost surcharge of 3% based on the stated monthly flat-rate rent will apply.
