There are two apartments available here:

2. 3rd floor – 48 m² with a base rent of €550

The additional costs amount to €200 per apartment.

Both apartments have been completely gutted and renovated, and they benefit from plenty of natural light. Each apartment consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom. The living areas are approximately 48 and 50 m², although the overall floor areas are both about 50 m².

Shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, a kindergarten, and an elementary school are all in the immediate vicinity. The federal motorway BAB 52 is accessible by car in just 4 minutes. You can stop your car right in front of the building for loading and unloading, however, there is no parking available.

The minimum rental period is 24 months, with a deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent. Due to the renovated condition, the apartments are only available to non-smokers!
